Description

Smart IoT switch module based on ESP8266 5V/12V/24V WiFi relay, home smart switch module, mobile APP remote control switch wireless module, suitable for DIY smart home systems, used for lighting switches, fans and other electrical switches.
It supports stable data transmission between the upper computer and the lower computer, with a transmission distance of up to 300 meters in open environments. Easy to operate, simply send AT commands through the serial port to easily achieve various functions, ensuring efficient data transmission.
The onboard ESP8266 WiFi module can be used as a hotspot or terminal device, flexibly switching between AP mode or STA mode to adapt to different network environments. In AP mode, this module plays the role of a wireless access point, responsible for creating wireless networks; In STA mode, it serves as a terminal device in the network, such as a mobile phone, computer, etc.
ESP8266 is operated through AT commands, and users can configure and control it through the serial port. By default, the baud rate of the serial port is 115200, but this setting can be modified through the AT command.
AP mode TCP SERVER creation
In AP mode of ESP8266 module, TCP SERVER can be created to accept connections. Through specific instructions, the module can set up TCP SERVER in AP mode. It should be noted that during the creation process, it is necessary to ensure an effective connection between the module and the upper computer, and correctly set the serial port baud rate to ensure the stability of data transmission.
STA mode TCP Client transparent transmission
In STA mode, ESP8266 can achieve transparent communication between two TCP clients. To implement this function, specific serial port commands need to be used for configuration. It is crucial to ensure stable serial communication between the microcontroller and the module during this process to ensure accurate data transmission. In addition, after the module initialization is completed, the serial port interrupt needs to be restarted to maintain normal data reception and transmission.
